2015 PSLE English Situational Writing

Dear Paul,

I’m so excited that you’ll be visiting us in Singapore this December! We’ve planned a really fun weekend for you.

My father will be receiving you at the airport when you arrive. After that, you’ll be staying with us at our home for the whole weekend, so we’ll have plenty of time to spend together.

We’re planning to take you to the National Museum, where you can learn more about Singapore’s history. We also thought you might enjoy visiting Sentosa, which is a great place for relaxation and fun.

Since you like sports, we’ve planned some activities for you too. We can go swimming at Sentosa and also enjoy cycling there. It’s a beautiful place, and I’m sure you’ll have a great time.

One special experience you can look forward to is taking the cable car ride. You’ll get to enjoy a fantastic view, and I heard you’ve never been on one before, so it will be something new and exciting for you!

We can’t wait to see you soon. Have a safe trip!
