Air Crash

“Bang!” I was shocked and almost dazed. An acute pain shot through my body. When I managed to open my eyes, discovered that I was buried in a heap of broken metals. With great difficulty, I moved myself out of the wrecked plane through a hole.

‘Outside, some of the passengers were choked or burnt to death. I discovered that there was a very deep cut on my left leg. At this moment, a woman came up to me and bandaged my wound with a piece of cloth. I then decided to join other survivors who all looked extremely tired and frightened.

The plane was seriously damaged. Thick smoke puffed out from the front part of the plane and it caused a very strong smell of fuel in the air.

“Run! Run! Run! It’s going to explode soon!” someone screamed at the top of the voice. Without any hesitation, I dragged my body and moved away as fast as possible. “Boom!” there was a deafening explosion. The whole area burst into flames which flickered and crackled for some time.

When the flames diminished, we were shocked to see that we were surrounded by charred trees. Everyone was nearly suffocated.

We huddled together as the night was getting cold. However, none of us could fall asleep though we were extremely the sounds emitted by the various kinds of wild animals and creatures were terrifying.

In the next morning, we were sleepy, hungry and thirsty.As we were looking for food and water, we heard a helicopter hovering overhead. We waved and shouted frantically. Soon, we saw more and more helicopters arrive and everyone was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
