As the final examinations drew near, I felt nervous and overwhelmed. Every day, I stared at my textbooks and revision papers, wondering if I could achieve the good results I hoped for. Looking at the date circled on the calendar made my heart race.

One evening, my father noticed my worried expression. He sat beside me and said, “Success does not come from talent alone. It comes from determination and hard work.” His words motivated me to do my best.

From that day on, I created a study timetable and followed it faithfully. Whenever I felt tired, I imagined myself crossing a finishing line like a runner in a race.
