PSLE Grade A1 Situational Writing (Email)
Subject: Commending Your Staff for Excellent Service
Dear Manager,
I am writing to commend one of your staff members, Miss Lim, for her excellent service during my visit to Westview Library on 18 February 2025.
I was looking for a poetry book that I urgently needed for a school project. Miss Lim went the extra mile by locating a copy at Lagoon Library and arranging for it to be transferred to Westview Library as soon as possible. Thanks to her help, I was able to begin my project on time.
Besides being helpful, Miss Lim was also dedicated and proactive in assisting library users. Her positive attitude left a strong impression on me.
What I like most about the reading corner is its comfortable and quiet environment, which allows readers to immerse themselves in books. As a suggestion, I would appreciate it if more bookshelves could be added to provide a wider selection of books.
Thank you for having such an outstanding staff member.
Yours sincerely,
William Wong
