PSLE Grade A1 Situational Writing (Email)

Subject: Information About the Farewell Lunch

Dear Diana,

I hope you are well. I am writing to tell you about an event that our band teacher, Mrs Lee, is organising.

Mrs Lee is organising a farewell lunch for the band members on 2 October 2025. Since you were absent, Wendy asked me to inform you about the details.

Mrs Lee needs two pieces of information from you. First, you must tell her your preferred drink. The choices are milkshake, iced tea or hot chocolate. Second, you need to let her know whether you have any food allergies.

As the information is required urgently, you must inform Mrs Lee by 19 September 2025, which is tomorrow. You can contact Mrs Lee directly and pass the information to her.

I hope this information is helpful. See you in school soon!

Yours sincerely,
Luke
