PSLE Situational Writing (Grade A1 Model Answer)

To: Ali
Subject: Join Me in the Make Your Dream Toy Contest

Dear Ali,

I hope you are well. I am writing to invite you to take part in the Make Your Dream Toy Contest with me. I would like you to join me because you are full of creative ideas and enjoy designing interesting things. Furthermore, the contest requires participants to form a team of two, so I immediately thought of you.

For the contest, we need to submit a detailed drawing of our dream toy together with a brief description online. You do not need to worry about the registration fee because my mother has kindly offered to pay the five-dollar fee for our team.

The closing date for submission is 28 June 2021, so we should start planning soon. I hope you will accept my invitation and participate with me.

Best wishes,
Jon
