Subject: Join Our Team for the Outdoors Relay Race 2021
Dear Gary,
How are you? I am writing to invite you to join my team for the Outdoors Relay Race 2021. The race will be held on 27 November 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Windmill Park.
I hope you can join us because you are one of the best runners in our school's athletics team. Besides that, you jog regularly and can motivate the rest of us to train hard for the race.
The first ten teams to finish the race will win attractive Singa Sports Shop vouchers. It would be exciting if our team could win one of these prizes.
We should register early because teams that sign up by 16 October 2021 will receive four free T-shirts. I think this is a great opportunity that we should not miss.
I hope you will join our team. Please reply soon.
Yours sincerely,
Jim
