The previous week had been unusually hectic. Besides attending online lessons on Zoom, I had basketball training and several assignments to complete. In the rush of managing everything, I had completely forgotten about the Science project.

Panic washed over me. The project required us to design a poster about healthy eating habits. To make matters worse, my group members were counting on me to prepare the section on nutritious foods. If I failed to do my part, the whole group would be affected.

Without wasting another second, I gathered information from my notes and searched for pictures of fruits and vegetables. My fingers flew across the keyboard as I worked feverishly. After two hours of intense effort, I finally completed my section and sent it to my teammates.

Later that afternoon, we presented our project to the class. Although I was exhausted, I felt relieved that everything had come together smoothly. Our teacher praised us for our teamwork and awarded our group a distinction.

As I walked home, I reflected on what had happened. Forgetting the project had caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. From that day onwards, I made it a habit to record important deadlines in a planner and set reminders on my phone. It was a lesson I would never forget.
