I had never been that way before. In the distance, I saw the temple and was attracted by it. It was an old temple and there was something about old temples that fascinated me. So I drove towards it. I was just about to arrive at the temple when I decided to have a drink at a road side stall. I ordered a drink and sat down. A giant of a man came and sat with me. He glared at me and asked who I was. I explained that I was a tourist and that I was on my way to the temple. Then my drink arrived and before I could do anything, he took my drink and downed it. Then he laughed. I got up to go. The man became aggressive and demanded money. I ignored him and walked away. I felt something hit my head and blacked out.

I woke with a terrible headache. I looked about me and realised that I was in the temple. A nun was standing over me. She looked at me and smiled. Gently she laid her hand on my forehead and the pain seemed to disappear immediately. I sat up and asked how I came to be there. She explained that I had been robbed and that someone had carried me there.

I found out that she was a healer who cured people by touching them. I had heard of this before, but this was the first time I had actually met a healer. I went to sleep as she was talking. When I woke up, I felt refreshed and was ready for my journey. I asked for the nun to thank her but the priest at the temple told me that she had retired into her cell for meditation. I decided not to disturb her and asked him to thank her for me. Then I got into my car and drove off.
